Rebecca Nelson joined the East Side Elders team in October 2016.  Rebecca’s upbeat personality and comprehensive knowledge of the East Side of Saint Paul serve her well in her position as Client Support Specialist. Whether she’s coordinating a ride, checking in on a senior, or making connections with other organizations, Rebecca’s friendly and professional attitude shines.

Rebecca is also an active and engaged member of the East Side Community.  Currently, she supports youth in the area as a Volunteer Mentor with Hope for Tomorrow.  She also serves as Vice President of the St. Paul East Side Lions Club and Secretary of the Payne Phalen Community Council.  Rebecca is also a Board Member of the American Indian Family Center and the East Side Neighborhood Development Company.
