East Side Elders – Get Help, Give Help
Looking for help for yourself or for a loved one? East Side Elders, formerly known as Dayton’s Bluff Seniors, now helps seniors in our expanded service area including Dayton’s Bluff, Payne-Phalen, and Conway-Battle Creek. Whether you are looking for help with rides, someone to make friendly visits, light housekeeping, or other need, contact us today. We also provide support and resources for caregivers – contact us for more details on how our staff and volunteers can support you on your caregiver journey.
Below, you can see a map of our service area – if you need help determining whether you are in our service area, call us at 651-683-2326 or email us at Info@EastSideElders.org and we can help! If you are in another program’s district, we would be happy to refer you to the right program so you can get the assistance you need.
East Side Elders is part of the Living at Home Network. For over thirty years, non-profit, community-owned Living at Home/Block Nurse Programs have helped Minnesota’s elders stay healthy, safe and independent while living in their own homes. In turn, these communities have been made stronger by the continued contributions of their elders. The Living At Home Network is the resource center that supports these community efforts and works to extend the program model to new neighborhoods, towns and cities.
At East Side Elders, you can give help too! Volunteers are a vital part of the team – they provide rides, help with chores, provide care at our Wellness Clinics, make friendly visits, and more. Apply today to help seniors – we will work with you to find an opportunity that matches your skills, interests, and availability. Volunteers can serve throughout our service area or choose to focus on one community that we serve.
