Join us for the first Elder Cafe of 2017! Fred Kaphingst and Ed Steenberg, life-long residents of the greater St. Paul community, will entertain us with the stories and little-known facts of the St. Paul Police Department from as far back as 1800’s. We will also enjoy a delicious meal catered by Roxanne!
