Steve Trimble

Steve Trimble, who is originally from Kansas, has been living in Dayton’s Bluff since the late 1970’s. He is a retired college history teacher and has written several books and articles about the Twin Cities. He has two adult children and two grandchildren. He served part of the East Side in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1987 to 2000. He has been active in community matters and is on the board of the Dayton’s Bluff District Forum, a local neighborhood newspaper and on the Editorial Board of the Ramsey County Historical Society.  He is currently a Commissioner on the St Paul Heritage Preservation Commission. Every summer Steve tends a garden full of heirloom tomatoes.
