Join us Thursday, August 11 for the return of the Elder Cafe!  After a break in July, we are ready to welcome the senior community in Dayton’s Bluff and Payne-Phalen to an afternoon of fun and delicious food.  A summer bbq will be catered by Tinucci’s – lunch is free for seniors 60 and older, all other guests are invited to contribute $10.00.  Lunch will be served at 12, followed by a program by Jim Rock, a Dakota Elder who will speak about the significance and history of Indian Mounds Park in Saint Paul.
