I was born in Denmark and immigrated to the US in 1978. Educated as a furniture maker and designer, I started my own company here in 1980 and ran it for 20 years.

In 2002 I was employed as an account manager for Navy Island Inc. in West Saint Paul and worked there until my retirement in 2014.

My life long hobby is photography and as of lately, I have started painting. I have been an avid sea kayaker, badminton, table tennis and pickleball player for years.
